Refund Policy: The 15-Day Artisan Guarantee

We want you to be captivated by your piece in person. Because our items are one-of-one artifacts, we have established the following guidelines for returns:

• 15-Day Window: Refund requests must be received within 15 days of your receipt of the item.

• Prior Approval Required: You must receive authorization before sending any item back. Please contact us at cosmiccooldyefactory@gmail.com to request a return. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.

• Condition of Item: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags/packaging.

• Artisan Variations: Our items are hand-dyed using an alchemical ice-dye process. While we strive for accuracy in our photography, colors and patterns may appear differently on your screen than they do in person.

• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the incorrect item was sent.
