Shipping Policy: The Cosmic Cool Journey

Every artifact from the Cosmic Cool Dye Factory undergoes a rigorous preparation process before it ever reaches your door.

• Preparation Process: Every item is washed multiple times in high-temperature water with specialized detergents. This ensures your garment is fully pre-shrunk and the colors are locked in permanently.

• Processing Time: To ensure the best possible service, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for transit.

• Shipping Carrier: We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is scanned at the post office.

• Domestic Only: At this time, we currently ship to addresses within the United States.
